FAQ

How many developer products does Welding Simulator have?
Eight in the developer-products API on 2026-10-19: Cash Bag, Cash Crate, Cash Vault, Steel Drop, Server Boost, plus off-sale Solid Gold Helmet, Galaxy Helmet, and Ice Helmet product records.
What is the difference between cash packs and 2x Cash?
2x Cash is a one-time game pass that permanently doubles cash sources including shop income per second. Cash Bag, Crate, and Vault are consumables that grant a lump sum based on minutes or hours of shop income, with written minimum guarantees.
Do cash packs include a minimum payout?
Yes per official text: Cash Bag at least $5,000 for 15 minutes; Cash Crate at least $50,000 for 75 minutes; Cash Vault at least $500,000 for six hours—regardless of slower shops.
What does Steel Drop do?
For R$ 10 it delivers 300 steel plates onto your shelf immediately, per the developer product description on 2026-10-19.
What does Server Boost do?
For R$ 49 it grants everyone in the server 2x cash for 15 minutes and shows who bought it, according to the official product blurb.
Can I buy Solid Gold or Galaxy Helmet as developer products?
Not on 2026-10-19. Those names appear as developer products marked not for sale; the game pass versions of Solid Gold and Galaxy helmets are the active cosmetic SKUs—see /items/all-helmets/.

What are cash packs in Welding Simulator?

Developer products are repeatable Robux purchases that grant instant rewards. As of 2026-10-19, Roblox lists eight developer products for universe 10769685371; five are economy-related consumables, and three are helmet rows not for sale (parallel product types—cosmetic helmets sell as game passes instead).

Prices below are Robux (R$) from the API 2026-10-19; confirm on Roblox before purchase.

Permanent multipliers such as 2x Cash live under game passes, not this table—see /items/game-passes/.

How do you judge if a cash pack is worth the Robux?

Answer in two steps—using only official rules, not our guessed income:

  1. Time-based payout. Each cash pack pays roughly your shop’s passive income per second × the listed duration (15 minutes, 75 minutes, or 6 hours). Roblox copy ties payouts to shop income every second, the same economic layer described on the 2x Cash pass. We do not publish a “typical” dollars-per-second rate; that remains unverified in our fact sheet.

  2. Floor (minimum guarantee). If the time-based math would pay less, official text promises a minimum lump sum:

    • Cash Bag → ≥ $5,000
    • Cash Crate → ≥ $50,000
    • Cash Vault → ≥ $500,000

Formula (hypothetical):

expected_payout = max( shop_income_per_second × duration_seconds , minimum_guarantee )

You supply shop_income_per_second from your own session (or a trusted measurement you record). We do not recommend buying until you plug in a number you observed.

Important: Dividing a minimum guarantee by duration yields an implied income rate (for example, $5,000 ÷ 900 s ≈ $5.56/s). That math describes the floor, not proof of what normal shops earn. Do not treat it as average gameplay income.

Steel Drop and Server Boost (not income formulas)

  • Steel Drop is a fixed 300-plate delivery—value depends on how much you pay for steel logistics in your shop loop, which we have not priced in Robux terms.
  • Server Boost is social: 15 minutes of server-wide 2x cash with credit to the buyer. It does not replace personal 2x Cash pass ownership; stacking rules between server boost and personal multipliers are officially unstated.

Sources and what we could not verify

Sources used (2026-10-19):

  • apis.roblox.com/developer-products/v2/universes/10769685371/developerproducts?limit=100 (requires limit; otherwise InvalidPageSize).
  • Cross-check of shop “income every second” wording via 2x Cash game-pass product-info.

Still unverified:

  • Realistic shop income per second at early, mid, or late shop stages.
  • Whether Server Boost 2x stacks with 2x Cash, 3x Cash, or VIP +20%.
  • Steel consumption rates and restock economics (relevant to Steel Drop only qualitatively).
